Your reading along in the help wanted section of Craigslist. Someone is opening an assembly line in my area and they need line help. The ad goes on to say you must be able to lift 30 pounds. You must be available for day shift work. Base pay is six thousand a month plus benefits. Six thousand dollars a month, wow , and I can certainly lift 30 pounds and I much prefer to work during the day anyhow. The ad says reply in an e-mail, so I did just that.

About four days later I get this e-mail below.

Thank you for your response to the ad. We've received quite a few responses with great resumes, so we've found a system that will help us verify that you have a good understanding of English and possess basic math and reasoning skills. Please follow the steps below:

3) Important: Enter the cell phone number that we can contact you on to schedule an interview.

5) That's it, you're done.

We will be provided with your score and if qualified (5/10 correct), we will contact you for a formal interview this week.

Basically what is going to happen is you click on the link contained in the e-mail that takes you to a so called test page of ten very easy questions. They could care less how many you get right or wrong all they care about really is that you to input your cell phone number, that is after all they want. Once your cell phone number is entered into the form and sent to them they start setting up a craigslist account on their end using the cell phone number you just provided in the form. When the Craigslist automated system sends you a SMS with the pin number, you will then input that pin on another form and send it off to them. The moment they receive that pin number from you they will then enter it on their craigslist account setup page. You have just given them all they need to get a nice new Craigslist phone verified account, PVA. These PVAs can be sold out on the open market for around six dollars or they could be used to harvest more accounts.
